Permit CO-0027154. Cvorus Yamoa Vallev
Coal Coro.
Dear Ms. Nelson:
Enclosed, please find the revised Wasteload allocation data pertaining to outfalls 001,
005, 007, and 019. In reviewing the data submitted in the May DMR, it was noted
that there were some discrepancies in the flow values for outfall 001. Upon further
study, it was determined that the incorrect flow level had been taken from the field
book on 5/3/93 thus giving an incorrect flow volume, while the values from 5/17/93
and 5/24/93 obtained from the rating curve were off by one line, thus yielding slightly
lower numbers. In keeping with the requirements of our permit, CYVCC is submitting
the revised calculations which are affected by this correction, As can be seen from the
revised calculations included with this letter, there was no significant difference in
loading values, with the primary correction being associated with the 30 Day Average
and Daily Maximum flow values reported for outfall 001.
I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.
Sincerely,
Marcus A.
