RECLAMATION PLAN

The aerial photo attached as Exhibit "C-1" and the map
attached as Exhibit "C" show the basic outline of the
location of the ponds in present extraction areas, as more
fully described above. The boundaries of areas utilized as
ponds, will, of course, closely follow the boundaries of
the excavation areas with the remaining area and bank to be
basically grasslands, as described above. The exact dimensions
and locations of the areas ultimately to be used as ponds in
the future extraction area are presently unknown, but will
closely approximate the dimensions and rate of slope of pond
banks in the extraction areas already shown on Exhibits "C"
and "C-1". These rates of slope will vary but will be
between 2-1/2 - 1 and 5 - 1. Each pond bank will include
some more gradual slope sufficient to allow wildlife access
to the pond. Where possible and appropriate, small islands
may be placed in some ponds to make them more usable as
wildlife habitat. As described above, the reclamation
process and the proposed final land use for areas in the
future extraction area, i.e., areas noted on Exhibit "C" as
Areas 7-11, will be the same as in Areas 1 through 6.
EXHIBIT "F"
