• (4) All fees collected under this Rule shall be deposited in the <br />general fund. <br />RESPONSE: <br />A fee of Twenty-five Hundred Dollars ($2,500.00) was submitted as the <br />permit fee required under this Section in connection with the complete <br />permit application presented to the Division on February 17, 1981 and <br />assigned File No. C-036-81. Since many of the activities, and design <br />specifications described herein are already approved, Twentymile Coal <br />Company requests the CMLRD to apply the previously paid fee to the <br />review, administration and enforcement of this permit application. <br />C~ <br />• <br />2.01-7 <br />
