Please be advised that on October 31, 2001, Huerfano County, whose address and telephone number are 401
Main St., Ste 201, Walsenburg, CO 81089; [phone], filed an application to conduct Surface eattmction
of construction materials and reclamation, at or near Section 19, Township Z6S, Range 69W, 6th Prime
Meridian, in Huerfano County. Please be advised that the permit area may be located in more than one Section,
Township, and Range. The application decision is scheduled for November 30, 2001.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Huerfano County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the
office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Shennau Street, Denver, Colorado 80203.
