Long, <br />Division Director <br />The Division has completed its review of your 1992 Livestock Water Tank Review <br />for the Eckman Park permit. Upon inspection of the report and Map 9A, a <br />number of discrepancies were noted. Please correct this information and <br />resubmit the report pages only. Any map corrections should be made but it is <br />not necessary to provide an updated map until the 1993 report. <br />Area 60 ponds should be changed to 61 as referenced on the map. <br />2. Pond 9/10-f is noted as being replaced by 7-g. It appears that it is <br /> pond 9/10-e that was replaced. Please correct this item. <br />~3. OSP-b is indicated as in progress on the map an d constructed in the <br /> report. Please clarify the status. <br />Y 4. 41-a, 41-c, 41-d, 41-e, 41-f, and 41-g also are shown as in progress on <br /> the map and constructed in the report. Please clarify the status. <br />Accurate information on these ponds will assist us in tracking the water <br />rights associated with pond construction.
