OMLLC regixests relief from the primary effluent <br />limitations for TSS and total iron limitations because of discharges caused by <br />precipitation less than or equal to the 10-year, 24-hour precipitation event. <br />(Note: The 10 year, 24 hour precipitation event at Oxbow is 2.0 inches.) <br />3 <br />
