The inspection complies with Rule 4.05.9 (17) of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board for Coal Mining. <br />To the best of my knowledge, based upon my field observations and investigations, as detailed in the <br />attached inspections reports, all referenced ponds are being maintained in conformance with prudent, state- <br />of-the-art earthen embankment construction except as may be noted in the individual reports.. <br />Sincerely, <br />Ronald G.
