Cottony <br />Division DireROr <br />Natural Resource Trus[ee <br />The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) has received objections to the application for the <br />Wattenberg Lakes 112 c Permit Application. <br />Therefore, staff has scheduled the matter for Formal Public Hearing before the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board, for consideration. The hearing for consideration of the Wattenberg Lakes Permit <br />Application will occur during the November 17-18.2004 Board meeting at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 318, <br />Denver, Colorado, commencing at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be considered. Parties <br />and interested persons will have the opportunity to be heard. <br />A Pre-hearing Conference has been scheduled to occur on October 20. 2004 beginning at 10:00 am., at the <br />Mined Land Reclamation Division Office at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado. Ms. <br />Sandra Brown will preside as Pre-hearing Conference Officer.
