Erica Crosby
May 11, 1993
Page 2
5. Seismic blasting operations will not be conducted within
1,000 feet of any building, or 500 feet of an active or
abandoned underground mine. A Special Use Permit for
seismic testing and blasting will be obtained from the
Routt County Clerk's office prior to exploration. All
local, State, and Federal regulations will be strictly
adhered to during this project.
The above-stated conditions, as well as the measures outlined in
the Exploration/Reclamation Plan of the Notice of Intent will
also pertain to the planned exploration activities to be
conducted under Peabody's Minor Revision No. 23.
Since time is of the essence for the commencement of this
project, please notify me as soon as possible as to the adequacy
of the application, as well as the required bond amount.
Sincerely,
~~~ ~~o~
Robbie Willson
Geologist
bd
