Seismic blasting operations will not be conducted within <br />1,000 feet of any building, or 500 feet of an active or <br />abandoned underground mine. A Special Use Permit for <br />seismic testing and blasting will be obtained from the <br />Routt County Clerk's office prior to exploration.
