One of these <br />' wells, permit number 26206, is located very close to and possibly within the mined area. This well <br />may be relocated and replaced. <br />' The saturated thickness in the wells identified near the mine is about nine feet or greater. Potential <br />impacts in one well may be as high as 1.33 feet. A water level decline on this order of magnitude <br />could reduce the potentially achievable pumping rates from high-capacity tivells. Howe~/er, the wells <br />' identified near the mine are permitted for domestic uses and will be permitted for a maximum <br />pumping rate of 15 gpm.
