AUGMENTATION PLAN ACCOUNTING PROTOCOL Division of Water Resources Division One -Greeley This document addresses the accounting information and format that should be followed for water court approved augmentation plans. Decreed augmentation plan requirements take precedence in the event of a carmfUct between the requirements in the decree and this protocol. 1. The acoountlrg must be done using software such as Excel or Access, preferably Excel. During the initlal review of the accountng and/or when requested, the applicant wlU be required iD submR the actual Excel ftle used to perform the accounting so that data relatformships and formulas can be confirmed. 2. Aooountlng reports must be submkted electronically to the division engineer at DivlArxountinpldlstate.co.us within 30 days of the end of the month for which the accounting is being submitted. 5. Please use the foNowing naming convention for all files submitted pursuant to --• - item 4: 'PlanName_Month_Year Version'. As an example, the initlal submission for the XYZ augmentation plan for July 2004 would be named 'XYZ July 2004 vl.xls': N this aemxcrttlng Is then amended, the amended file submitted would be named'XYZ Jury 2004 v2.xls', etc. Phase put the name of the file in the subject Ilne of the small. 8. The accountng should have a single "Contact Intorrnation" sheet that stmows lime contact information for each weA. This sheet should also contain the contact information of the person responsible for submitting the accountna. 8. The accounting should have a single table shomMng "Past Pumping Depletions" expelled due to previous operations of all the weNs covered by the plan, itemized by wau.
