The applicant shall maintain daily records of aN diversions, <br />replaoemertts, and Uta amount of water used for each particular purpose. The <br />applicant shall provide a report of these records to the division engineer and <br />the water cwnmissioner on a mouthy basis on a form approved by them. The <br />arxbunting must be submitted within fore (5j calendar days of the end of the <br />month for which the accrounting ~ being made. <br />in addition, the applicant shall submit a report from each entity making <br />replacements; for the plan, those entities are the City of Greeley, <br />Consolidated Mutual Water Company and the Saint Vrair- Left Hand Water <br />Conservancy Disirid. The report shall include an accounting of all <br />wastewater plant water effluent controlled by each entity, showing the total <br />vdume of water under Hs control at the variars wastewater treatrrrent plarris, <br />and the amount committed to each of the radpients of the water. <br />8. Applbant shall follow the accounting and recharge protocols as referenced in <br />the attached documents for the operation of this SWSP. <br />9. /W releases of replacement water must be sufflder-t bo cover aU out ~ priority <br />depletions and be made under the direction and/or approval of the Water <br />Commissioner(s). The replacement may be aggregated to maximize <br />benefidai use. The Water Comrtissbner(s) and/or DiNsfon Engineer shall <br />determine the rate and timing of an aggregated release. <br />10. The replacement water, which is the subject of this plan cannot be sob or <br />leased to any other entity. AS a rxxrditian of subsequent rerrewals of this <br />sutxrtltute water supply Plan, the replacement water must be appurtenant to <br />this sibs until a plan for augmentation Is obtained. A copy of thk approval <br />letter should be recorded with the county dark and recorder. All replacement <br />water must be noncurrent with depletions in quantity, timing, and locations. <br />The use of replacement water must be in compliarrce with all agreements with <br />the providers of replacement water. <br />11. Dewatering at the pits will produce delayed depletions ib the stream system. <br />As bog as the pit to continuously dewatered, the weber returned to the stream <br />system should txs adequate to offset the depletions. However, once <br />dewatering at the site ceases, the delayed depletions must be addressed. At <br />least three years prior to completion of mirdng, a plan must be submitted that <br />specifies how the post pumping dewatering depletfona will be replaced in time, <br />~' place and amount. <br />12. Approval of this plan is for the purposes as stated herein. This otfioe must <br />first approve any additional uses for which the water may be used. <br />13. The approval of this substHute water suppy plan does oat relieve the <br />Applignt and/or landowner of the requirement to obtain a Water Court decree <br />approving a permanent plan for augmentation or mitigation to ensure the <br />pennarrent replacement of all depleflorrs, including long-term evaporation <br />losses and lagged depletions after gravel mining operations have ceased. tf <br />reclamation of the mine sites wfll produce a permanent water surface <br />exposing groundwater to evaporetion, an application for a plan for <br />
