In the event another company is <br />utilized, all interested parties will be notified <br />of the new operator and the same conditions will <br />remain in effect. <br />B. The site is ounded by U.S. 85 on the <br />east, 132nd Avenue on the north, Nome Street on the <br />west, and other property on the south.
