The species listed in Seed Mix No. 1 have been selected for normally consistent availability. However, adverse environmental conditions, poor seed pcoduction, or excessive market demand may occasionally limit supplies. For species that have several developetl cultivars, alternative cultlva rs will be evaluat etl for substitutions. When cultiva rs are unavailable, regional native sources will be used. Complete lack of availability will nc rrt,ally be limited to the native fortis and shrubs listed. Subs[i[ut ions in this case will be dete nnined by reviewing the species list in Tab 30 and selecting adapted and desir eable native species rep l+iceme nts offered by seed dealers.
