<br />EXHIEIT C - MINING PLAN. <br /> <br />1. Mining will commence in the Spring of 1987. The ending date <br />is unknown a[ this time. <br />2. The depth [o which topsoil will be excavated will be approximately <br />12 to lk inches. This topsoil will be stockpiled at the site out <br />of the way of mine traffic and drainageways. <br />3. There will be no overburden or quantity of waste rock. All <br />material will be utilized after the topsoil has been stockpiled. <br />4. Mining will go to the thickness of 10 to 14 feet. <br />5. The major component of this operation is a gravel pit for <br />crushing of needed material. <br />6. This will vary as to the amount crushed. <br />7. The existing road to proposed site will be upgraded to a 28 to 30 <br />foot road bed. <br />8. No water will be used. <br />9. Plans are [o work above any ground water. <br />10. N/A <br />I1. Gravel will be crushed and stockpiled at site. It will be <br />moved when needed. <br />IlA. Drainage is not a problem. Pit site is fairly level. <br />
