The lease accounts a+-e in good standing, and an acceptable lease bond
in the amount of $40.,000, with St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company
as surety, has been filed. Acceptable evidence of qualifications to hold
the lease interests have also been filed.
The subject assignments to Utah Shale Land Corporation are hereby approved
effective November 1, 1972, and the lands included in the assignments
have been consolidated into one lease and identified as Sodium lease
Colorado 011(3326 covering the following described Lands:
