The Division also received a Performance <br />Warranty and a request for a Technical Revision for the Neglected <br />Mine. The Division cannot process the Succession of Operators <br />("SO") application until Mine Development, Inc. submits a copy of <br />the Colorado Secretary of State's office Amended Corporate Report <br />and documentation listing the new Registered Agent for your <br />company. Upon submittal of these documents the Division will <br />begin reviewing the .SO application.
