(_s;r r,.-/ mining <br />at 1 )~ !F J wr- ~~ i i '7 ~ r <br />The applicant proposes to reclaim the site for -.:;~ - <br />deadline for persons to file statements regardi 'this operati n, or to <br />petition for a hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board to consider <br />the granting of a Permit is set by law; for information please call this <br />office. <br />The applicant is obligated to show that the proposed mining and reclamation <br />plans are in conformance with local zoning ordinances, subdivision regula- <br />tions, or master plan, and is further required to place a copy of the appli- <br />cation for public inspection with the Clerk of the county in which the proposed <br />mine is situated.
