• Success of cropland reestablishment will be demonstrated when the production mean for the hayland <br />frond release block in question is not less than 90 percent of the reference' area mean, at the 90 percent <br />statistical confidence level (alpha error probability = .10, for cone-tailed confidence interval) for the last <br />two years of the 10-year liability period or for two subsequent consecutive years.
