Also enclosed is a <br />check in the amount of $1,070 for the permit application <br />fee. This amount includes the general fee of $25, plus <br />$10 per acre of affected land in the permit area (104.5 <br />acres) pursuant to Rule 2.01.6. <br />The proposed Public Notice for this application is <br />attached. The notice will be published for four <br />consecutive weeks in The Steamboat Pilot per Rules <br />2.03.12 and 2.07.3(2) of the Regulations of the Colorado <br />Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining once the <br />application is deemed complete by the Division. <br />On September 28, 1992, Hayden Gulch Terminal, Inc., a <br />wholly-owned subsidiary of Peabody Coal Company, entered <br />into an Asset Purchase Agreement with H-G Coal Company <br />and Axial Basin Ranch Company to purchase, among other <br />assets, the coal loading facility that is the subject of <br />this permit application.
