(ACZ) received 3 ground water samples from Connell Resources on October 25, 2002. The samples
were received in good condition. Upon receipt, the sample custodian removed the samples from the cooler, inspected the
contents, and logged the samples into ACZ's computerized Laboratory Information Management System (LIMB). The
samples were assigned ACZ LIMS project number L39081. The custodian verified the_sample information entered into the
computer against the chain of custody (COC) forms and sample bottle labels.
All analyses were performed within EPA recommended holtling times.
These samples were analyzed forrnorganrc, organic parameters. The individual methods are referenced on both, the ACZ
invoice and the analytical reports. The following anomaly was identified during the analysis of these samples:
1. The Oil and Grease values are estimated due to the low recovery of the LCSWD at 73.8%. The control limits are 80-
120%. All other OC including the LCSW were within wntrol limits.
2. TPH was detected in the Prep Blank (PBW) at 0.23 mg/L. This is due to solvent contamination. The TPH results are
flagged with a'B".
•
.0 .11.00.01
L39081: Page 2 of 74
