The area previously occupied by the improved pasture <br />subirrigated type will be reclaimed to a mesic drainage type. The cover comparison value <br />for the mesic drainage and improved pasture-subirrigated types will be determined from <br />undisturbed areas of the two types within the permit area. This value will be a weighted <br />mean of the herbaceous cover for the two undlstu rbed vegetation types.
