Thus, Pnrt <br />/.B.1. of the permit (page IjJ has been accordingly modified for outfall 005 so that self- <br />monitoring samples shall be taken in the culverts prior to the e,[Jluent flow measuring device. <br />There has been no change in the permit regarding outfall 007, since the permit language <br />does not specifically indicate the contributing wastewater sources to this discharge. <br />Since the changes in this amendment are considered sign ficant, public notice requirements <br />are applicable. <br />Don Holmes <br />August 27, 1993 <br />VI. CHANGES TO PERMlT FOLLOW/NG PUBL/C NOT/CE PERIOD <br />There was only one comment letter received regarding this amendment during the public notice <br />period.
