Facility Location: The facility is located in T4N and TSN, R85W, R86W, and <br />R87W,• approstmately five miles northwest of Oak Creek, <br />Colorado. See the figure locations in the permit. <br />F. Distlwrge Points There are 12 discharge poinu at this facility (outfalls 001 <br />and Facility Flaws: through 010, 016, and 017). The two discharges applicable <br />for this amendmem are outfails 005 and 007, which are: <br />005 = The discharge of mine drainage water ((tom <br />Mine 1 J, spoil water, and stormwater surface <br />runoff sources from Pond D, prior to entering <br />Foidel Creek, as shown in figures 1 and 2 of the <br />permit. Average/Maximum reported flow from <br />monitoring reports = 0.106/0.775 MGD. <br />007 = The discharge of mine drainage water (Mine I), <br />• spoil water, and stormwater surface runoff <br />sources from Pond F, prior to entering Foidel <br />Creek, as shown in figures 1, 2, and 4 ojthe <br />permit. Average/Maximum reported flow from <br />monitoring repots = 0.084/0.466 MGD. <br />
