Outlalls 001 A, <br />002, 003, 004A, 014, OI S, O 17, 018, 019, 020, 021, 022, 023, 024, 025, and 026 have not been constructed. <br />The mine is closed and no disturbance has occurred within [he drainage areas reporting to these proposed <br />ponds. <br />Outfalls 005, 006, 007, 008, 009A, 009B and O]OA have been constructed and no discharge occurred from <br />these facilities during the Quarter. <br />Please contact me if there are any questions or if additional information is required. <br />Sin rely, <br />@r1 <br />onald G.
