If the permittee, using the approved amlytical methods, monitors any parameter more frequently than required by this permit, then the results of such monitoring shall be included in the calculation and reporting of the values required on the Discharge Monitoring Report Form or other forms required by the Division. Such increased frequency shall also be indicated. (fj Oil and Grease Manilorin2 For every outfall with oil end grease monitoring, is the event an oil sheen or floating oil is observed, a grab sample shall be collected, analyzed, and reported on the appropriate DMR. Ia addition, corrective action shall be taken immediately to mitigate the discharge of oil and grease. A descriptiao of the cortective action taken should be included with the DMR. 2. Reoottin¢ of Data Reporting of the data gathered in compliance with Part I.B.1 shall be on a monthly basis. Monitoring results shall be summarized for month and reported on Division approved discharge monitoring report (DMR) forms (EPA form 3320- 1). The forms shall be mailed to the agencies listed below so they are received no later than the 28th day of the following month. If ao discharge occurs during the reporting period, 'No Discharge' shall be reported. The DMR forms consist of four pages -the top 'original' copy, and three attached uocarboa-roquired copies.
