Such increased frequency shall also be <br />indicated. <br />(fj Oil and Grease Manilorin2 <br />For every outfall with oil end grease monitoring, is the event an oil sheen or floating oil is observed, a grab sample <br />shall be collected, analyzed, and reported on the appropriate DMR. Ia addition, corrective action shall be taken <br />immediately to mitigate the discharge of oil and grease. A descriptiao of the cortective action taken should be <br />included with the DMR. <br />2. Reoottin¢ of Data <br />Reporting of the data gathered in compliance with Part I.B.1 shall be on a monthly basis. Monitoring results shall be <br />summarized for month and reported on Division approved discharge monitoring report (DMR) forms (EPA form 3320- <br />1). The forms shall be mailed to the agencies listed below so they are received no later than the 28th day of the <br />following month. If ao discharge occurs during the reporting period, 'No Discharge' shall be reported. <br />The DMR forms consist of four pages -the top 'original' copy, and three attached uocarboa-roquired copies.
