. 2.05.5
Post Mining Land Uses
(2) After the reclamation activities described in Section 2.05.4, Tab Section
14 are completed, the lands affected by surface operations and facilities
within the permit area will have been returned to their original pre-mining
condition, which, as described in Section 2.04.3, Tab Section 4, was "fish
and wildlife habitat" according to Rule 1.04(71)(h).
The close proximity of Public Service Company of Colorado's Cameo
Station, as well as the other industrial uses in DeBeque Canyon may
generate an interest in the post-mining land use being considered
"Industrial" far some areas. Prior to developing any of the reclaimed
sites into "industrial" final land use, revisions to this application will be
made.
•
Exhibits 6C through 12C., Tab Section 14 show the post-mining
topography of the lands affected by surface operations and facilities.
With the exception of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, no
other state or local agencies' authorizations are required to achieve the
post-mining land use described above.
15-1 (Rev. 12/16/86)
