Effluent Limitations for Outfall 002 Beginning immediately and lasting through tune 30, 1994, the permittee is authorized to discharge from outfall 002. In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for EfFluenl Limitations, Section 10.1.3, and State Dischage Permit System Regulations, Section 6.9.2, 5 C.C.R. 1002-2, the permitted discharge shall not contain effluent parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the specified Flow limitation. a) Design Capaci[y The design capacity of this domestic wastewater treatment works is 0.015 MGD for hydraulic flow (30-day average) and 31.2 Ib. BODS per day for organic loading (30-day average). b) Facilities Operation The permittce shall at all times properly operate and maintain all facilities and systems of treatment and control (and related appurteoaaces) which are installed or used by the permittee to achieve compliance with the conditions of this permit. This provision requires the operation of back-up or auxiliary facilities or similar systems only when necessary to achieve compliance with the conditions of the permit.
