Effluent Limitations for Outfall 002 <br />Beginning immediately and lasting through tune 30, 1994, the permittee is authorized to discharge from outfall <br />002. <br />In accordance with the Water Quality Control Commission Regulations for EfFluenl Limitations, Section 10.1.3, <br />and State Dischage Permit System Regulations, Section 6.9.2, 5 C.C.R. 1002-2, the permitted discharge shall not <br />contain effluent parameter concentrations which exceed the following limitations specified below or exceed the <br />specified Flow limitation. <br />a) Design Capaci[y <br />The design capacity of this domestic wastewater treatment works is 0.015 MGD for hydraulic flow (30-day <br />average) and 31.2 Ib. BODS per day for organic loading (30-day average). <br />b) Facilities Operation <br />The permittce shall at all times properly operate and maintain all facilities and systems of treatment and <br />control (and related appurteoaaces) which are installed or used by the permittee to achieve compliance with the <br />conditions of this permit. This provision requires the operation of back-up or auxiliary facilities or similar <br />systems only when necessary to achieve compliance with the conditions of the permit.
