If existing sources of water for domestic, agricultural, industrial, fish & wildlife and other
legitimate uses are contaminated, diminished, or interrupted due to activities of MCC, MCC will
use its water rights on the North Fork of the Gunnison River, Minnesota Creek, or groundwater
from wells to replace the water under an approved Adjudicated Augmentation Plan. Further
