10 <br />. .; •. --. <br /> <br />(12) Upon the abandonment of the use of premises <br />by Licensee, the permission and right herein granted shall <br />terminate. Upon termination, Licensee shall remove its <br />facilities from premises. If Licensee should fail to remove <br />facilities, Licensor may remove the same at the expense of <br />the Licensee. <br />(LJ) Licensee further agrees to provide and keep <br />in full force and effect workmen's Compensation insurance <br />pursuant to the laws of Colorado or any state having comity <br />with Colorado on all employees entering upon the property <br />of western Slope which is the subject of this general license, <br />or any application made a part hereof, as referred to in <br />this agreement Eor the purpose of providing services pur- <br />suant to any license or use Contemplated by this agreement. <br />Licensee further agrees, to require any contractor <br />or subcontractor to provide and keep in full force and effect <br />torkmen's Compensation insurance pursuant to the laws of <br />Colorado or any other state having comity with Colorado on <br />any employees of said contractor or subcontractor entering <br />upon the property of western Slope which is the subject <br />of this general license, or any application made a part hereof, <br />as referred to in this agreement for the purpose of providing <br />services pursuant to any License or use contemplated by this <br />agreement. <br />(14) This License shall inure to the benefit of <br />and be binding upon the successors and assigns of the parties <br />hereto. <br />.
