A portion of the easement which was reserved to
party of the first part in deed recorded on December 30, 1977
in Book 445 at page 115 of the records of the Clerk and Recorder
of Routt County, Colorado, which portion is described as follows:
An easement being 30 feet in width and 15 feet on _
either side of the following described centerline:
Beginning at a point lying SO1° 25'E 50 feet
and S89° 31'E 15 feet from the northeast
corner of the SWi/4NE1/4 of Section I5, Town-
' ship 6 North, Range 88 West of the 6th P.t4.;
thence SO1° 25'E parallel to the west line of
the E1/2NE1/4 0£ said Section 15, 1327 feet
more or less to a point.
• This deed is given to coriect an error in the legal
description in that deed recorded December 30, 1977 in Book 945
at page'115, which description should have read as follows:
_ A non-exclusive easement for access, ingress and
', egress to the SW1/4NE1/4 of Section 15, Township 6 North,

which easement is located in the E1/2NE1/4 of Section 15,
Township 6 North, Range 88 West of the 6th P.Af., Routt County,.
• Colorado, and is described as being 30 fee t. in width and 15.

Beginning at a point on the westerly right of way
line of Coi.inty Road 37, also known as Sage Creek
County Road, thence N89° 31'W, parallel to the
north line of said Section 15, 850 feet more or
less to a point lying,S01° 25'E 115 feet and 589°
31'E 15 feet from the northwest corner of said
E1/2NE1/4 of Section 15; thence SO1° 25'E, parallel
to the west line of said E1/2NE1/4 of Section 15,
