Their ownership varies between 100' and 200' in width. Where the <br />land is 100' wide, the neighbor is the applicant who has optioned the entire ranch <br />and will own the land on the other side the right of way. <br />2) BLM <br />Canon City, CO <br />Land west of the permit boundaries in section 14, 11 in the south half; north of the <br />permit boundaries east half section 11, section 12; east of the permit boundaries in <br />the north'/. of section 12. <br />3) Applicant <br />Land west of the permit boundaries in section 11 in the north half; north of the <br />permit boundaries west half section 11; and all land south of the railroad right of <br />way where the right of way is 100' to 150' wide. <br />4) Mark Brown <br />Canon City, CO <br />Brown's property on either side of County Road 157 north of the Arkansas River <br />is close to the permit azea. According to UPRR track charts noted above, the right <br />of way is 200' wide along Brown's property thereby placing him more than 200' <br />from the permit azea. Nevertheless, he is listed here.
