~' ~ ~ l'-_ ART II <br />Page 10 of 14 <br />A <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />B <br />1 <br />MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS <br />Minimization of Adverse Imoact <br /> <br />The permittee shall take all reasonable steps to minimize any adverse impact to waters o' <br />the State resulting from noncompliance with any effluent limitations specified in thf <br />permit, including su~h accelerated or additional monitoring as necessary to determine tR~ <br />nature and impact oflthe noncomplying discharge. <br />Dischar¢e Point <br />Any discharge to th6 waters of the State from a point source other than specificall; <br />authorized by this p~rmit is prohibited. <br />The permittee has he duty to halt or reduce any activity if necessary to maintai <br />compliance with the ffluent limitations of the permit. Upon reduction, loss, or failu: <br />of the treatment f cility, the permittee shall, to the extent necessary to mainta; <br />compliance with its permit, control production, or all discharges, or both until tl- <br />facility is restored or an alternative method of treatment is provided.
