MANAGEMENT REQUIREMENTS
Minimization of Adverse Imoact

The permittee shall take all reasonable steps to minimize any adverse impact to waters o'
the State resulting from noncompliance with any effluent limitations specified in thf
permit, including su~h accelerated or additional monitoring as necessary to determine tR~
nature and impact oflthe noncomplying discharge.

The permittee has he duty to halt or reduce any activity if necessary to maintai
