BOX 187 Natural Resource Trustee <br />Craig, CO 81626 <br />Re: Trapper Mine, C-81-010, Second Quarter 2007 DMR Review <br />Dear Mr. Roberts: <br />The Division has reviewed Trapper Mining Inc.'s (TMI) second quarter 2007 Colorado Wastewater <br />Discharge Monitoring reports, CDPH&E permit No. CO-0032115. TMI's second quarter 2007 DMRs <br />were received by the Division, on July 30, 2007. The reports cover the time period from April 1, 2007 <br />through June 30, 2007. Timely submittal of these reports is in compliance with Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(iii) <br />Five outfalls discharged during second quarter 2007. Outfalls 001, 002 and 020 discharged routinely <br />throughout the quarter. Outfall O11 discharged once in response to spring snowmelt and once in response <br />to pit pumping, and Outfal1021 discharged due to rainfall and pit pumping. WET tests were conducted For <br />outfalls O1 1, 020 and 021.
