This was misrepresented to the Water Quality Control Division <br />(Division) in the amendment request for this pertnit, in a letter addressed to the Division, and dated March 16, 2005 (see <br />attachment). Therefore, at this time, the Division requests that Beaz Coal Company does not reroute this water from their <br />detention ponds, and that monitoring of this water continue. <br />This request maybe reevaluated at such a time that the DMG completes their analysis of this spring :md mine water. <br />If you have any questions, please contact me at (303) 692-3655 <br />Sincerely, <br />TTy.,~ <br />Andrew J.
