<br />• <br />• <br />2.03.6(11 <br />(2) <br />Loadout: <br />The prior operator, Snowmass Coal Companv assigned <br />the following documents to MINREC, INC., by an AS- <br />SIGNMENT AGREEMENT dated February 7, 1990 which <br />was recorded in the Pitkin County records in Book <br />774 at Page 477. <br />The following Easements and Agreements and <br />modifications thereto grant MINREC, INC., all <br />rights of access and use of the surface property <br />necessary to complete reclamation and obtain bond <br />release. This surface property' is related to the <br />haul road, truck dump and unit train Loadout. <br />Second Modification of Easement and Agreement <br />dated November 9, 1987 between the Anschutz Cor- <br />poration and Snowmass Coal Company recorded in the <br />Garfield County records in Book 725 at Page 582. <br />Modification of Easement and Agreement dated <br />November 9, 1987 between the Crystal River Ranch <br />Company and Snowmass Coal Company recorded in the <br />Garfield County records in Book 725 at Page 573. <br />The surface property covered by the Easements and <br />Agreements is described as follows: <br />Portions of Sections 20, 29, 30 and 32 of T. 7 S., <br />R. 88 W., 6th P.M., Garfield County Colorado. <br />The applicant has no right <br />mine sites.
