Koll Ditch <br />H3 flows into Trout Creek. <br />If the permittee, using the approved analytical methods, monitors any parameter more frequently than required by <br />this permit, then the results of such monitoring shall be included in the calculation and reporting of the values <br />required in the Discharge Monitoring Report Form (DMRs) or other forms as required by the Division. Such <br />increased frequency shall also be indicated. <br />c. Oil and Grease Monitoring <br />For every outfall with oil and grease monitoring, in [he event an oil sheen or Floating oil is observed, a grab <br />sample shall be collected, analyzed, and reported on the appropriate DMR. In addition, corrective action shall <br />be taken immediately to mitigate [he discharge of oil and grease. A description of the corrective action taken <br />should be included with the DMR. <br />See Part I.C. for Definitions. <br />
