Fer Points G04, DOS, G08, 009 and oil, *_he following <br />mistakes were found. Page 1: the monitcrirg period for pH was fcr <br />March only lit should be for the entire quarter). ?age 2 iTSS, <br />STS, irca and O/G (lab value)) is OK. Page 3: the monitor'_ag <br />period for flcw a`as fir N.arch only (again, it should cover the <br />entire quarter). Page 4 (TDS) is OK. Page 5: Oi'_/Grease fO/G) <br />V13udl, the mOn1tO_-ll1~j period is for FSarch only (again, it should <br />cover the ertire quarter). Data on these five pages would fit <br />onto two panes i`_ the DMRS were correct. <br />All of the mistakes noted above were found only in the first <br />quarter, the remaining quarterly DN,Ra were found to be correct. <br />I suspect that these mistakes are a hold over from monitoring <br />frequencies that existed prior to our last amendment in 1999. <br />Frior to that amendment, the mo:itoring frequency for pH, O/G and <br />flow, for t:^.a points mentioned in the previous paragrap:^., was <br />monthly in Ja ra~ary and February and weekly in March. Since the <br />1599 amendment, the monitoring frequency is monthly year-round. <br />also noted the same mistakes on the first quarter 2000 DMRS. <br />For Points 012, 013, G14, 016 and 017, the correct monitoring <br />frequency for pH is weekly fret monthly). For those same points, <br />the wET test requirements are for both Ceriodaptmia and <br />?imeohales, while only Ceriodaphnia is listed on the DMRS. Soth <br />these m±stakes !pH and WE': tests) were found on Dh;Rs for a'_i four <br />quarters, not just the first quarter. <br />I have already completed the first quarter DMRS, making <br />corrections to the mistakes noted above. I currently have on <br />file blank DMRS up to the end of the year. You may rerun those <br />if you feel ~_ is necessary, al*_hough I have ro problem with <br />usiny the remaining DMRS.
