Simpson, P.E. <br />State Engineer <br />We have reviewed your March 30, 2006 letter and the previous December 30, 2004 letter requesting <br />renewal of the substitute water supply plan for the above referenced gravel pits owned by Valco Inc. The <br />required $217 fee has been paid (transaction number 3602237). The <br />monthly distribution of the values, and the lagged affects on the Arkansas River, are detailed on your table <br />which is attached. At the Canon City East pit pumping for batch plant uses is through well no. 22830-F <br />(Well ID 1205640). At the Rocky Ford East pit pumping for batch plant uses is through well no. 10525-F <br />(Well ID 1705985).
