Definitions. In addition to definitions appearing elsewhue in the county's land use and <br />development regulations, canairt terms used in this Section ate defined below. • <br />1) "Adverse" means tu+faVOrable O<hsnnAtl. . <br />2) "Applicant" means any Individual, paruiership, mrpotatioti, assoeustion, Company, or other <br />` ;; public ar corporate body including the federal govrmment of any fedet~l entity and including any ~ . <br />political subdivision, agency, iosmrmetttality or txeatioa of the stale. <br />• - 3) "Aquifer recharge area" means any area when surface wafers may itdiltrate a water bearing <br />stratum of permeable rock, sand or gravel including Wells used for tht disposal of wastewater or <br />'other tor:icpolltitants, .. ~ .. ,• . <br />4)•"Collector sy§rem" means a network of pipes and conduits through whict~,sewage flows to a• <br />sewage tteatlfientplanc . <br />~ "Development" means any eonsnvecon, activity and/or oe-going operation wl;ich changes the <br />basic character or the use of the environment in which the wnswction, activity or operation <br />occtrs.
