The submitted map indicates a powerline within 200 feet f the <br />permit boundary. Provide evidence that the applicant is in compli nce with <br />the requirements of 34-32-115-4(d), <br />2. How is the permit boundary marked on-site? <br />Exhibit C - Mining Plan <br />1. It is the staff's understanding that 0-20 feet of overbu den (plant <br />growth material) will be stripped and stockpiled for use in reclamation. Is <br />this correct? <br />2.
