A copy of the permits have
been enclosed for your file. If you would desire a copy of the original
permit application or any correspondence which amended the application,
please contact me.
I am also enclosing a copy of the wildlife statement for the Fedinec Sand
Pit N31 for your file. Please be advised that it is absolutely necessary
to refrain from mining prior to obtaining the necessary permits. Any dis-
turbance on a mine site prior to issuance of a mining and reclamation permit
is a violation of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act, Article 32 of
Title 34 C.R.S. 1973, as amended - 1976 Session Laws, X.B. 1065. I realize
that this instance was an unfortunate oversight and look forward to your
continued cooperation.
If I can be of any assistance, do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
~ ~~~,~~~
James B.
