Cugni <br />FROM: Bradford Janes <br />RE: File No. M-86-061 <br />Adequacy Items <br />The following items must be addressed by the applicant in order to satisfy the <br />applicable requirements of CRS 34-32-101 et se and the Mineral Rules and <br />Regulations of the Mined Land Reclamation~oarq: <br />1. The Division recommends that slopes not exceed 3:1 to allow for <br />improved slope stability and re vegetation potential. <br />2. The Division recommends that slopes be graded concurrent with mining, <br />top soiled and re vegetated to improve slope stability and accelerate <br />site reclamation. <br />3. Please relocate your proposed topsoil stockpile such that it will not <br />be in the way of the advancing mine excavation. This should reduce <br />rehandling of topsoil and related expenses. <br />4. Thank you for an application well done.
