<br />Mined Land Reclamation Division, <br />Pridemore Construction, Inc.-"Jesse Lee Operation", <br />June 19, 1984 <br />Exhibit E. <br />Refer to Items No. 1 thru 6, per your letter of May 10, 1984, <br />and our telephone discussion of June 18, 1984, listed below is <br />the data regarding these items. <br />1. The pit excavated slopes will comply with Rule 6, 116(1)f. <br />2. The excavated pit after completed will be used for "Fish Ponds" <br />and the water level will be keep as constant as possible, which <br />would be approximately 3 foot from the treat of the excavation. <br />3. In the final completation, all areas, roads, stockpile areas, <br />screening-washing plant and settling ponds areas will be leveled, <br />topsoil replaced and seeded in accordance with U. S. Soil Conservation <br />recommendations.
