The
plan was submitted in response to Condition # 1 of your application approval. In a
follow-up meeting at our office on March 7, 2002 the plan was reviewed and discussed.
The plan is substantially adequate to meet the requirements of Condition # 1, however, as
we discussed at the meeting, there are a couple of very minor changes that will need to be
made prior to fmal approval.
In addition, GCC delivered their responses to conditions 2 and 5 of the application
approval addressing the Noxious Weed Management Plan and the Drought Management
Plan respectively. These submittals are presently under review. GCC will be notified of
their acceptance or inadequacies when the reviews are complete.
If you have any questions please contact me at (303) 888-3567.
Sincerely,
Antho J.
