4.15.8 REVEGETATION SUCCESS CRITERIA <br />EFCI will comply with all revegetation success standazds as set forth in 4.15.8. The <br />pazameters of cover, production, diversity, and shrub density for revegetated mine and <br />loadout azeas will be measured and evaluated to determine statistical equivalence with <br />corresponding reference azeas. Additional information on revegetation success criteria and <br />evaluation methods is presented in Section 2.05.4, Reclamation Plan. <br />4.15.9 REVEGETATION SUCCESS CRITERIA: CROPLAND <br />As documented in Section 2.04.3, Site Description and Land Use Information, there are no <br />azeas that are or have been utilized as cropland within either the mine loadout areas. <br />Consequently, the provisions of this section are not applicable to the Southfield operations. <br />4.15.10 REVEGETATION SUCCESS CRITERIA; PREVIOUSLY MINED LANDS; <br />AREAS TO BE DEVELOPED FOR INDUSTRIAL OR RESIDENTIAL USE <br />Areas previously disturbed by mining which were not reclaimed in compliance with currently <br />• applicable regulations, and which have been redisturbed by the Southfield operations will be <br />subject to the revegetation success criteria previously discussed in Sections 2.05.4 and <br />4.15.8. Vegetative reestablishment potential may be somewhat limited by availability of <br />topsoil or other suitable materials to be utilized as the vegetative growth medium.
