This
plan is to be submitted to the Division by September 6th with the
work performed by the end of the month.
Our plan to perform this work is to reduce the steepness of the
side slopes on the road. This work will narrow the width of the
road to eight or ten feet in some areas. Material generated from
this work will be used to fill in the non-draining trench at the
toe of the road. The trench will then be sloped to drain to the
creek in one or more places. Each place where drainage to the
creek may occur will be lined with straw or hay bales.
This maintenance will be performed
October or early November the
subject trench will be seeded and
Sincerely,
~~
Jim Stover, P.E.
Chief Engineer
before September 30t,h.
