A legal description map is included as Map Exhibit A-2. <br />The total permit area is 9.93 acres. <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />A tract of land located within the Northwest One-quarter of the Northwest One-quarter of Section 2, <br />Township 1 North, Range 97 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, County of Rio Blanco, State of <br />Colorado and being more particularly described as follows: <br />beginning at the NW Corner Section 2, then S 59027'06" E, 1375.53' to the point of beginning; <br />thence N 00001'27" E a distance of 569.32 ; thence S 67059'04" E a distance of 155.37 ;thence S <br />82005'45" E a distance of 238.02 ; thence N 76014'16" E a distance of 310.69 ; thence S 00000'51" E <br />a distance of 802.63 ; thence N 68037'45" W a distance of 381.45 ; thence N 71010'45" W a distance <br />of 345.25 ;which is the point of beginning, having an area of 9.93 acres. <br />All surface and minerals within the permit area are owned by Box Elder Holding Company, Inc.
