<br />20 MAPS -- Lessee shall provide Lessor with a map of the workings <br />i:erein authorized to be mad= yearly by a.^. engineer or surveyor duly <br />licensed by the State of Ccloradc, on a scale of not less than 100 <br />feet to the inch, showing the vertical and horizontal dimensions of <br />all excavations, fills, stockpiles, and other disturbances of the <br />surface, by means of accurate contour lines (not more than two-foot <br />interval) or cross-sections, all to be correctly related to a base <br />line which is properly located in relation to known section lines in <br />the area; said map to show county, section, township, and range, the <br />name of the company or operator, the North point, the scale to which <br />the map is drawn and explanatory legend, and the certificate to the <br />State of the engineer or surveyor as to its accuracy. The engineer <br />or surveyor shall show clearly upon said map the cubic yards of <br />material displaced and removed by the operation since the previous <br />survey, map, and report. <br />Maps and plans hereinbefore mentioned shall be extended and <br />corrected at least once each year. 't'rue copies of all maps and <br />plans shall be provided as follows: The original maps and tracings <br />to be kept in the office of the engineer or surveyor, blue or white <br />prints certified to by engineer to be on file at the office of the <br />State Board of Land Commissioners, Denver, Colorado. Any request to <br />keep certain information confidential should be in writing to Lessor <br />at the time such information is submitted to Lessor, and such data <br />may be kept confidential as consistent with State law. <br />21. ANCILLARY USE -- This lease allows for the removal of the <br />aforementioned material and the placement of such equipment as <br />necessary for this removal, such as mining equipment, conveyors, <br />wash and screening plants, scale and scale house, office, repair <br />facility for this equipment and vehicles used on site, stock piles <br />of material mined from this lease and any other equipment agreed <br />upon between Lessor and Lessee. <br />All other ancillary uses such as concrete plants, asphalt plants, <br />accessory equipment, offsite aggregate materials and any other uses <br />not specifically mentioned herein will be subject to approval by <br />Lessor and will require a yearly rental payment of no Less <br />than ten and no11o0 Dollars ($ 10.00 ) per acre. NOTICES - Any notice required to be given to Lessee under the <br />provisions of this lease shall be sent by certified mail to the <br />address set forth at the beginning of this lease or to such other <br />address as Lessee may indicate in erriting to Lessor, and such <br />service by mail shall be deemed sufficient and in full compliance <br />with the terms of this lease as of the date it is postmarked. <br />Notice to Lessor shall be given in like manner, addressed to the <br />State Board of Land Commissioners' Denver, Colorado address. <br />7 <br />
