Dear Mr. Refer,
This letter is being written to notify you of the scheduling of an informal conference to discuss recent objections sent
[o the Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) regarding the above new 112 application, Permit # M-99-098,
Riverview Resources. After receiving letters of objection to the project during the public comment period for this
application, DMG has scheduled this meeting in accordance with Rule 1.4.6 of the Consvuction Materials Rules and
Regulations. At this meeting, objectors will be allowed to set forth the grounds for their objection, and the Applicant
will be able to present the grounds upon which it should be issued. DMG will also have the opportunity to better
explain the objection process to the public. This meeting is currently set for Friday, January 7, 2000, at the City of
Greeley courthouse, Community Room, 1000 l0'" St., Greeley, Colorado, at 1:30 p. m.
